- We reserve the right to refuse a sale to ensure our bunnies go to the best homes.
- Bunnies are first come, first served until a deposit is placed.
- Deposits are refundable only if we decline the sale; otherwise, they are non-refundable.
- In-person pickup only—we do not ship. Pickup is scheduled at a public location. We are located in Chappaqua, New York.
- All bunnies leave our care healthy, and we are not responsible for their care after pickup.
- Final payment is due at pickup.
- We do our very best to determine gender, but it is not guaranteed.
- Pairs can only be sold same gender to avoid accidental inbreeding
